Sniff, sniff...is summer over already? Where did the time go? This week was the first day of school for the kids. The weather even seemed to change just in time for it. We welcomed the year with the crisp September air in the morning.
This year, G is in second grade (didn't he go into Kindergarten just yesterday?) and T is in Kindergarten (My baby? Really?). The kids were excited to start school and have come home every day happy and wanting to go back. I guess that's a good sign! Here are some shots of their first day. I have been missing having them home with me, but I am ready for the routine again too. Here's to a great upcoming year!

T's party looks fun~I love girlie things (maybe because I have one now and she loves girlie things!) I've told you this before, but once again, she is beautiful!
I love the structure of school, too. So glad our boys have each other around so much. I'm great with them sticking together as friends for a long time, G is a great kid!
So fun that you still have living grandparents! It made me tear up to read that and think of mine who died a couple years ago and how wonderful they were. Fun memories for your kids!
